This October, Ford launched a new ad campaign — Built Ford Proud — that puts a spotlight on the new vehicles rolling out to Ford dealers in the coming years. By 2020, Ford plans to replace 75 percent of its lineup, including introducing an all-new Ford Ranger, Escape, and Explorer. It also plans to introduce an all-electric performance SUV in 2020, establishing itself at the forefront of vehicle electrification and technology.
Along with looking to the future of Ford auto making, the ad campaign looks to the past. In the company’s 115-year history, it has time and time again demonstrated its dedication to innovation and vehicles that break new ground. Going forward, it will continue to do the same and develop smart vehicles for the modern world.
“Every Ford employee I know comes to work each day proud to drive a Ford vehicle and to build great products, services and experiences for our customers,” said Joy Falotico, who is the Ford group vice president and chief marketing officer. “That’s at the heart of this campaign.”
Alongside the new vehicles listed above, Ford promises more hybrid and electric vehicles to come, Ford’s state-of-the-art Co-Pilot360 — the most advanced suite of standard driver-assist technology — as standard across its lineup, and a better overall customer experience. With such innovations, the future of Ford sure looks bright.
